One of the pro circuit silencers had a welded inner core becuase it snapped in half but it does notaffect the flow inside, the pro circuits come with no packing.The reeds are good shape with either stock reeds on the caged or fmf torque reeds cant tell whatever they are there blue, negotaible prices If interested just post under this topic and ill give you a pm Quote
