Ryda85 Posted December 29, 2004 Report Posted December 29, 2004 ok here is what i need: -steering stem bearing with seals -all 4 front wheel bearings and seals -swing arn needle bearings, with seals, washers, collar (everything needed) who makes good bearings? Are the no name brands on ebay ok? what type of grease should i use with all these? how much will i plan to spend on all this? while i am at it, should i replace the carrier and a-arm bearings also? I know this is alot of questions....thanks for your help guys...this is my first comlplete tear down and want to do it right. Quote
zilladude Posted December 29, 2004 Report Posted December 29, 2004 I have used Pivot Works on all my LT's & haven't had any problems with them. Their kits usually contain all the sleeves & seals needed. For grease I use Bel Ray waterproof grease. Rocky Mountain seems to have good prices on the kits. 27 for the front & 42 for the swinger.
