couple jetting problems

i got my rz shee running the other week.it seemed to run good.but it idles a little high sometimes and takes awhile to idle down.i was thinking the pilot was lean maybi im not sure.

on the top end 4-5th gear it started to bog and break up .i thought that was because its running rich.but im not sure the carbs are stull jetted from the summer i thought you needed to ad fuel in the winter.

so what i was thinking is making the pilot richer and go one size up or down on the pilot and see what happens but i need jets first

You have an air leak if its revving. Find it. spray some wd40 around the boots to see if it revs, if it does then you have a leak around the gaskets or a cracked intake boot..if you don't find anything, the do a leakdown test..
