Welded Cranks

Where do you guys usually take your cranks to get trued and welded? I'm having a real hard time finding someone locally to do it, figured I would ask and see where those of you who have it done got it done. I'm re-doing the top end over Christmas and was thinking of getting some portwork; I know having my crank welded is something that needs to be done. Thanks for any help!

any of you gents( or ladies) kow where I could send a crank to be rebuilt. I have two cranks both with one bad side and was wondering if I could send it away and have it made into one good crank that is trued and welded and all that good stuff..... Not even sure if this is possible but tought I would ask..

USMC, I heard that you can have them rebuilt, but it would cost a pretty penny and you'd be better off getting another one. Someone else may have more insight on this, but that's what I hear...

USMC, are they stock cranks? if so they cant be rebuilt. an aftermarket can, but unless youre doing it yourself or at a buddies shop its unreal what some people want to charge you. the two builders i mention earlier are probably the best in the biz. Louie is the godfather of the banshee triple. give either one of them a call and they can do whatever you want to that crank.

they are stock cranks.... so guess I am off the for sale and wanted section... anyone out there got a crank in good running shape for cheap????
