Cotton eyed Joe Posted December 16, 2004 Report Share Posted December 16, 2004 i bought a frame from him and he said it cam with a title.well it took him 3 weeks to come up with the title and when i got it it sadi right on the title SALVAGE TITLE he did not tell me it was salvage. this guy is a JERK OFF 293453[/snapback] I don't know about the laws governing ATV's but you do that with a car and someone is going to prison.
