I emailed for a tracking number and got no response. They showed up pretty fast but I guess they don't do the customer service thing. Quote

I remembember reading similair complaints to the effect that there was no communication and sometimes he took the money and never sent any parts and would not issue a refund. Quote

I got a boss intake from him and it took almost a month to get it. Wouldnt answer emails...I had to call him to finally get ahoold of him. Then it was supposed to be sent 2nd day ship and it was sent ground. Quote
