williamjernigan Posted November 30, 2004 Report Posted November 30, 2004 I am about to take off my flywheel and send it to boonman. Before I buy a strap wrench I want to be sure it is big enough though. Is a 6 inch strap wrench big enough. Quote

williamjernigan Posted November 30, 2004 Author Report Posted November 30, 2004 I meant that it fits around a 6 inch diameter. Sorry. I think that it is still about 5 inches to short though acording to my calculations Quote
sredish Posted November 30, 2004 Report Posted November 30, 2004 If you have an impact, that works well and much easier. I use a 3/8" impact on the low setting and it pulls the nut right off. Quote
