Meat_Head
This top end is to be used with a 7mm crank and is still on its original 72mm bore. The bores and pistons arent perfect although they still hold the same compression they did once they were new, so I am going to include the pistons and the buyer will decide if he wants to use them or not... A mild port job has been done by Backcountry on this top end, as shown in the pic it has also been polished not by me though, and finally it comes with V-Force reeds.Price is 1250$ shipped. 01bansheeke
does this set-up have to be used with a 7 mil crank? i may be interested. thanks!
Meat_Head
You could probably alter the porting for it to work with a 10mm crank but if you are thinking about using it with a stock crank then no it wont work.
Meat_Head
My 7mm Twisters billet crank can be added to the mix for 600$.
Yamahammer
thats the next motor i want to build ... did you step up on the stroke? is that why you are selling.. what kind op hp was it making.
Meat_Head
Actually I am stepping down on the stroke and could take a "good" +4 crank in exchange...I dont need that big an engine anymore this is why I am selling and since I never ran it on the dyno I wont speculate on how much HP its putting out.
