how do i know how soft or hard to set the suspention how does this affect the handeling of the shee im about 200lbs and i have mine set on the the softest seting realy have no clue if its good or not just looking for some advice all is appreated

From the factory the shocks are set up for an average rider weighing 165#.

The stock fronts are only preload adjustable, I would set those on the hardest.

The rear is fully adjustable, set the preload for your weight, and the rebound and compression for your riding style.

I'd say a good rule of thumb is if you bottom out the suspension once or twice durring a long ride then your set up about right. If you never bottom out your too stiff, if you bottom out quite often then you are too soft or you need to drop a couple $G's on suspension upgrades. A lot depends on the type of riding your doing.
