liszewski_88 Posted October 12, 2004 Report Posted October 12, 2004 Hi, I'm new to bansheehq. I've reading up on all the information that is on this sight. I don't own a shee right now, but i plan to in the near future. Anyways i've read the testimonials from the single carb people and the ones from bigger dual carb people. My question is on 370 or 400 stroker, why couldn't you use a 39mm Fcr, or a 44mm Mikuni? Quote
sredish Posted October 12, 2004 Report Posted October 12, 2004 You could probably get away with a 36 on a 370, but a full 400, there just isn't enough velocity at low rpms and isn't enough air at high rpms, so it'd be pretty flat on bottom and wouldn't rev out like it should. Bigger isn't always better, too big and you lose velocity, too small and you lose volume. Quote
