WTB Banshee Frame with Title or MSO

To be honest I just need the title or MSO. I have a custom built duner that is Banshee based that the Washington DMV is not wanting to register as a custom ATV or a homebuilt something or other. It would make my life easier if I could just register and title it under an existing tile. I have been to the through the State Patrol inspection and everything to ensure I'm not trying to legitimize something stolen. I figure if I get a frame that just means I have to build another bike.
