Did Oil Change Now Backfires at Idle?

I changed the oil to Mobil 1 10/30 Synth. I have the correct oil level in the case. It started to backfire out of the right pipe as soon as I started it. The right plug looks good, Kinda rich but I rather it be rich than too lean. I am 2 turns out on the jets on both carbs. (I run Amsoil 100:1 premix at 2oz to one gallon) Has this happened to anyone else? I need to troube shoot this with some help. I am lost.

Fouled plug. The last thing I didn't take apart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
