williamjernigan Posted September 28, 2004 Report Posted September 28, 2004 I know that just about everyone runs a -2 swingarm. I want to get one but their is also -1 swingarms that Ive seen and they are easier to find. Is their much difference in the way they perform on dirt paths and fields. Or is their a difference, one better than other? Quote
rebelbanshee2 Posted September 28, 2004 Report Posted September 28, 2004 a -2 will hook up better, but you will in no way be dissapointed in a -1. I have a -1 and love it HUGE difference over stock Quote
boonman Posted September 28, 2004 Report Posted September 28, 2004 Basically, the shorter you go, the more weight you put the the rear wheels, and the more traction you get. I run a -2.5, and the only place I dislike it, (only slightly dislike) is the sand. I can't drag. I go right over backwards.... BUT, in the dirt, it is an animal for traction. Things you NEVER thought possible are now acheivable with the newfound traction.. Quote
