whats the best way to install the water pump kit, what is the part on the engine thats a little white plastic peice with 3 screws what is that ?

If by the water pump kit you mean a new impeller, you just need to drain the tranny lube and the engine coolant, and pull the right-side cover. The rest is pretty straight forward.

 

Also, I'm guessing you're referring to the white plastic cover behind the counter sprocket. Its just basically a cover for the shift drum. Quicksand Motorsports has replacement ones also.. http://www.quicksandmotorsports.com/
