BitchenBanshee Posted September 20, 2004 Report Posted September 20, 2004 Dlnoss, I am finally ready (I believe) to swap to the noss head from my cool head. I'm sick in tired of this thing leaking and it has been nothing but trouble. I know my deck height is perfect so it has to be something with the head. I also had a problem with the small amount of material on the underside of the head. It began to crack and will probably break in the future. Could you provide a photo of the underside of the head. I would like to get a close up shot showing the O-Ring gooves. A close up shot showing both the O-ring grooves on the underside of the head would be appreciated... Thanks a ton.... dlnoss Posted September 20, 2004 Report Posted September 20, 2004 Here's a picture of the bottom I'm not sure I understand what is cracking on the PD head. You will need to re-install the stock studs if you change to the Noss head. -David Quote

The aluminum between the water jacket and the O-ring groove cracked on both sides. It looks like you head has a little more material in that space so I don't think it would be a prob.... photo Quote
