I have an 03 shee with t-5 ,K&N with adapter lid on no snorkel and 12 1 inch holes in the airbox It runs real strong. I just bought a noss machine head with 21cc domes and a toomey 2-1 intake. my current mains are 280. I emailed toomey and they said i dont have to rejet for the 2-1 and from what i have read here a head doesnt affect jetting. From all the searches I have done I am calculating i need at least a 330 main jet, But this seems like a big jump from 280. Any help is appreciated. Also I did a compression test on the shee and it has 115 on the left and 120 on the right with the stock head, Is this about normal?. my Elevation is about 300 feet when i did the comp. test ,oh yeah i run the shee at pismo beach which is sea level and the temps range from 50 to75 deg thanks.

Toomey makes a good product but are a bunch of idiots when it comes to jetting. banghead

You are correct, a new head and domes won't require a jetting change.

But your 2:1 sure will. :whoa:

I run T5s, 2:1 and Boyesen Reeds. I am jetted at 370 mains, 30 pilots and use Toomey needles on the 4th clip position from the top.

I have a cool head with 20cc domes in it. I run 50/50 race/premium gas.

My bike runs perfect.

My plugs are a tad rich, but rather that than a tad lean.

I run at Glamis so about 500' elevation.

If I were you, I would start at 350 or 340s and see how it does.

Check your plugs, do a WOT test.

Increase your pilot size to at least a 27.5.
