What jet kit do I need?

I am about to install t-5s and a 2into1 filter. What jet kit should I order and who has the best prices? Is there a certain kit I need and is there a difference between these stage 1-3 kits. thanks.

You just need to order jets.

I would order a set of 350s, 340s, 330s etc down to 300s.

I'm pretty sure with their kit *usually* they'll include 280's...providing your banshee is stock other than the new pipes & filter and that you're at or around sea level. I'd say that around 330 would be a good place to start.

Lincster is right, however, I'd adjust the main jet sizes a little. I'd say buy from a 330 to 280. Start your jetting at 310 and see what you have. Then, you can read the plug and determine if it's rich or not. If it's rich, then you can go down to a 300 and so on. You probably won't need richer than a 300 or even maybe a 310, in some cases, but always start towards the rich side and work down, much easier and much much safer. You will probably need to bump your pilot from a 25 to a 27.5 also.

 

BTW, jet kits suck. They only send you stuff designed for a totally stock motor, no one will take into consideration your new filter setup or that the lid may be off, so your paying dough for a bunch of shit you really don't need. It's best to figure out where you think you need to be, like asking here as you did, and then get what stuff you actually need and either save some dough or use it where it should be spent. Toomey sells a jet kit and/or they send some jets and/or a needle with the pipes, and it's a waste. They sell a "toomey" needle that is basically a stock blaster needle and they never seem to work right from my epxerience, so the stock needles are fine.
