RUNMYTA Posted August 29, 2004 Report Posted August 29, 2004 I think the gremlin on my right side cylinder being lean is the center crank seal. Is there anyway to replace this seal without replacing the whole crank? Quote
nater006 Posted August 29, 2004 Report Posted August 29, 2004 There are only two seals on the crank -- one on the left, one on the right. You'll have to crack the cases to get those seals replaced, but thats about it. Quote
SICK BOY Posted August 29, 2004 Report Posted August 29, 2004 He's right.Your crank in good,but you'll have to take the engine out and split the cases to change them.As long as your there replace ALL the seals so you won't have to do this again next year. Quote
