2004 or 2005 Banshee Vin

I am curious what the 8th position of the 2005 Banshee's is. I know here in Cali, if its a 3 or a C you are limited to when you can ride it. If its not then its year round.

 

Anyone have a 2004 or 2005 banshee that they could tell me what the 8th digit is in the vin?
