jetting for dyno port pipe

I have an 89 banshee bored 40 over with some clamp on uni foam filters, and i just picked up a dyno port two into one pipe. I was wondering what it should be jetted to, right now it has 220's in it and im at roughly 1000' elevation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

280 to 300 main

4th clip on the needle

25 (stock) or 27.5 pilot.

Also it was just rebuilt, and at the time of the rebuild i put a +4timing key in it and some new reeds. Ever since, it has run fine until its under a load, then it starts to break up on top end. Any ideas? Thanks for the help

if your runnin 220's for mains its petered out, bump up to a 260 and see if it continues to pull.
