It stated that members within the last year are entitled to 50.00$....They gave a link to their web site....you fill out an online form and then send another form post marked by november 1st and they,ll either credit your account or send you a check........ I thought it sounded a bit sketchy so didnt do it, a few others I know also got the email so thought I would just see if any one here did. Quote

I think you have to claim that Pay Pal defrauded you or improperly abused your funds or some shit, and you have to provide paperwork or something. I just deleted it. Hell I can find $50 just by laying off the coffee for a couple weeks. It is nice to see them in a class action suit however if they were mis handling peoples accounts. That shit aint right. Ducman Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 Yeah, I got that e-mail too. I haven't read it all the way through yet. I figured it would be for the fees they rape you with on incomming money if you have a premeir account. Out of about 30 things sold I only ever had like 2 CC payments. Switched back to the personal account and got a premeir account on the wifes e-mail and bank account just in case. I never had any misuse of my ballance or funds that I was I was aware of. I'm kind of against most of the class action lawsuits which are fleecing America that some scum bag blood sucking lawyer makes $10 mil off of and the people represented in the suit get like $0.50 Cough Cough John Cough Cough Kerry Cough errr errrr uuh uuh ummmmm Hock Tooey!
