ledofthezep Posted August 3, 2004 Report Posted August 3, 2004 (edited) During what years was the RZ 350 manufacturered?....found this in my local classifieds & got to thinking...not sure if it's an RZ350 or not, but couldn't find anything searching for it either. If in deed it's an RZ, I may have me a cruiser. YAMAHA R350 '70 All original, great shape! $800 Was it just 1984 and 1985 like stated on MEAT's site? Edited August 3, 2004 by ledofthezep Quote
BenBB Posted August 3, 2004 Report Posted August 3, 2004 In the US, I think it was just '84 and '85 for the RZ. Check out this website: http://www.ifrance.com/rd-rz350lc/ Not sure what that is if it's a '70, may be an air-cooled RD or ???? Quote
ledofthezep Posted August 3, 2004 Author Report Posted August 3, 2004 Yeah...I'm not sure either. Thanks for the link & reply though. Quote
Holyman Posted August 3, 2004 Report Posted August 3, 2004 I'm pretty sure the RD/RZ was air cooled before 82/83. And the earlier ones didn't have the powervalves Quote
ledofthezep Posted August 3, 2004 Author Report Posted August 3, 2004 And the earlier ones didn't have the powervalves Bummer in-deed. Well hell, I can't find anything before 1979...so I dunno. Can't find anything on the bike itself, may just have to go and check it out sometime and see what he's got, maybe he doesn't even know... Quote
theeechozen1 Posted August 3, 2004 Report Posted August 3, 2004 Yami made all kinds of RD's throught he 70's...RD125, 250, 350 , 400 i think they even made a RD50 back in the day...but any of those older twins you can count on being air-cooled without the powervalves. Quote
