KRMit Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 My friend has a Tri-Z he's looking to rebuild and I'm not sure what to get. The cylinder looks good but the rings and piston have grenaded. Rocky Muntain ATV has piston kits in STD, .010, and .020. The piston we took out of the motor has .25 on the side of it. What does that mean? Quote

zilladude Posted August 3, 2004 Report Posted August 3, 2004 .010 is ten thousandth's, his piston is .050 over. Dennis Kirk lists pistons up to .080. the wiseco # is 515M06925 for the .050 Quote
