WHAT ARE THE PULLY LOOKING THINGS ON TOP OF THE CARBS AND WHAT DOES THE TWO SCREWS ADJUST THAT ARE ON THE FRONT OF THEM. TOLD YA ITS STUPID

The bullshit on top of the stock carbs is part of the TORS system, which stands for throttle overide system. It, along with a switch in your throttle housing,

provide a safety circuit that will kill the ignition if your thumb throttle returns but your carb slides don't. Most guys will tell you to get a TORS removal kit,

but I would just run it until you can get some 30mm flatslides or something.

The screws are idle adjustments and used to synchronize the carbs.
