FoxBansheeRacing Posted July 19, 2004 Report Posted July 19, 2004 Little E is Dale Earnhardt Jr. He was practicing for the 24 hour Le Man's race I believe, and crashed into the wall in a high speed corner. Pretty much as soon as it hit the wall it caught on fire and I have heard he has extensive burns on his face and lower body. Quote
ssbanshee Posted July 19, 2004 Author Report Posted July 19, 2004 ya they air lifted to the hospitle and they said he should be able to drive in the cup race next weekend Quote
tats4life Posted July 19, 2004 Report Posted July 19, 2004 he had burns on 6% of his body. mainly his legs and face. the way that car went up in flames was crazy. do they run race gas in those cars?? the flash point on that fuel was extremely low.......that's what my fire fightening buddy told me. THey use whatever the car's engine was built to run on. It looked like race gas to me. My buddy who works for Earnhardt Inc. hasn't called me back yet today, I figured on giving him a hard time if that was a car he was working with. Quote

FireHead Posted July 20, 2004 Report Posted July 20, 2004 I'm not going to ask the guy I know anything specific, just for your fantasy NASCAR league. Although if I play my cards right I will be working for them next fall, at that point I fill ya full of all the b.s. you want. Quote
