Got a new chain in and when I put it on its tight as hell. I have a 13 tooth adn i ordered a 520x104. I tried putting the stock one on too, and its still to damn tight. <_< I have the stock rear sprocket. Think I can go ahead and put it on and ride it. Hopefully it will stretch some? Thanks

Have you tried adjusting the chain adjustments on the rear of the swingarm? Another thing is to make sure the chain is on the TOP of the bottom chain roller (near the swingarm pivot point). I know from experience. I melted and destroyed a roller this last weekend because stupid me put the chain on the bottom of the roller. I was lucky that was all that was torn up.

if you already did loosen up the swingarm bolts.

There should be pictures somewhere with modifications to your swingarm.

You can trim down / drill out some metal to make the axle carrier slide forward more.

Great modification, this helped me out a great deal.

I think 94bansheerider pretty well hit that one on the head. I think we have all made that mistake. Is the chain loose until you sit on it then it tightens up on you. If it does then your chain is under the roller instead of on top.
