If anyone sees a black LE shee with no fenders and a rider with a white and black skull helmet stop me and say hi!!!!. Can't wait friday I get to do my first official drag!!!!!! Quote

2004LEBanshee Posted July 5, 2004 Author Report Posted July 5, 2004 Well I got back yesterday. All I gotta say is WOW!!! That place is awsome. I ran my first drag race didn't do to good but I beat alot of people. Ran a 5.9. But because of the traction not many bikes at all were at or below 6.0, Dam loose dirt. Othere then drag bikes, some really fast drag shee's were there. They were very impressive! The 500ft hill climb was incredible. Our friends at dirt wheels were there to capture that. The trails there are awsome. I highly recomend anyone to make a trip there. But dont ride drunk with girls on the back of your quad from the bar. They frown on that type of activity. Other then a few run in's with the cops and crazy ex boyfriends it was a DAM GOOD TIME. I will deffenetly be there again. Quote
. Posted July 6, 2004 Report Posted July 6, 2004 I go down every fall right after the second festival thing they have, usually arrive there that weekend and watch the races and such. We usually run rockhouse, some insane hillclimbs in those trails, and they are simply amazing. Best riding I could ever want. Dunes are fun and stuff, but I like my crazy ass insane, 3rd gear pinned powerslides around corners that have 200 ft dropoffs into nothingness, same with the hillclimbs, rocks bouncing you every which way and all you can do is stay on it, or things will get nasty, and its never ending hillclimbs, they just go up, turn (which you cant stop), and just keep going for a good 2 minutes or more at times. Ya the view on rockhouse was awsome because it just got done raining and you could see out and we were on top of the clouds. It was awsome. It's wierd how it is like sandy dirt for trails. you could really slide well on the turns. Quote
