And the bike was in peices and it looks like the bastard used my brand new quicksand a-arms and looks like some stuff is missing. Maybe you should go back and double check that there aren't a few parts somewhere around his place if you think you are missing them I'm not sure its theft if you "steal" your own parts back. I did go talk to him face to face and it almost got pretty ugly.
