K&n Power Lid?

Anyone tried or know of anyone who has this lid? Jus wondering.

i've seen them and know what your talking about. looks like a good idea depending on ur application. all that depends on where and how u ride but i just plan on buying an outerwear for my K&N. the lid ain't a bad idea tho. it sure beats drilling holes in it to vent it
