Credit Report Spring Cleaning

Me and the wife went to get a lone on a new truck and found out that there is stuff on out credit report that shouldnt be on there and several inquiries that we know nothing about. Any ideas on how to take care of that and get the scores back up??

You are running into the same thing I had happen to me last year. Actually, I think 2 years ago now.... Shit still pops up. IDENTITY THEFT. Sucks. You are on a long road now my friend. First off, you ned to take care of this yourself. Because you are guilty untill YOU prove yourself innocent. Here is a cut from www.consumer.gov/idtheft

The three major reporting agencys will then send you your credit report. You look them over, and report back to them any fraudulent activity. They will research it, and send you another updated report within 30 days. The reports are free if you believe you are a fraud victim. Go HERE and look around. It's all there. Well I think we found the problem with the wifes credit score. She is going to collage and she has student loans that she doesnt have to pay for till she gets out of school in a few years. They are holding them agenst her even though she isn't responsable till she is out of school. Now that is total bull shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
