malibu-bandit Posted April 2, 2004 Report Share Posted April 2, 2004 is there anything special i would have to do to put a +4 stroker crank in my shee? the new kit comes complete with pistons and all. my motor is stock right now. it says just drop in and go, but i thought i would ask the gurus first. also, would jetting need to be changed? i will be buying new pipes and silencers when i do this so i will be jetting anyway. rzcolobanshee Posted April 2, 2004 Report Share Posted April 2, 2004 The "drop in" is refering to the fact that you don't have to trench the cases to fit the 4mm crank. You will have the get it ported to match the the stroke. You will also need either a spacer plate (not a good option) or have the head cut so the piston can go into it 2mm.
