Madbanshee01 Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 Hey Guys, My shee recently has been making a gurgle sound after i ride it. For example, I go out for a ride and when i turn it off, i can here the radiator gurgle. Like if the coolant was boiling or bubbling. So here is my question. I am looking into an in-line cooler. How many fins should I get and do I have to reget for this. Thanks, Jose Quote
Schizo Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 I run 2 20 fin coolers one on each hose with a megaflow impeller and engine ice in the radiator and shee runs nice and cool Quote
vmaxup Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 I run In the dunes when its hot and never have a problem. I would look int your overheating problem instead of trying to doctor it. Your gear for your impellar is probably melted. Look in you radiator and see if water is rushing by when you rev it. I just answered this on another thread I think. DO IT WITH COLLANT COLD Quote
Cotton eyed Joe Posted March 30, 2004 Report Posted March 30, 2004 I've got one that I made about a year ago, and never used. Its not the prettiest finish since I made it on the manual lathe, and not the cnc. I could clean it up a little though. Not sure about how many fin it is either...I'm sure its more than 15. Quote
