chipdog Posted March 28, 2004 Author Report Posted March 28, 2004 does the parking brake really add drag. loss of power. Quote
Cotton eyed Joe Posted March 28, 2004 Report Posted March 28, 2004 does the parking brake really add drag. When I had mine, I tried to adjust it so that it would actually work, and hold the bike on an incline. When I did, it would drag while riding. So, I loosened it. Then the damn thing wouldn't hold shit while it was on, so I took it off altogether. POS imho. Quote

MULLET~BOY Posted March 29, 2004 Report Posted March 29, 2004 you got to admit though how many times did you put it on and go to take off after you forgot about it and your banshee just goes bluber bluber bluber i hated that Quote
BdBanshee Posted March 29, 2004 Report Posted March 29, 2004 Take it off !! You also get to remove a cable, some extra loops from your swingarm, and then put on a nice clean looking clutch lever. Quote
BrokeStonedBiker Posted March 29, 2004 Report Posted March 29, 2004 i havent done a search on this yet buy. how do you take it off. id like to free up some space on the handle bars and get rid of that cable. is it gonna look shitty if i take it off? like someone took a pair of pliers and snipped th cable. i was looking at it today and noticed how it didnt work.
