Vitos Banshee T.o.r.s. Eliminator Kit

i got the Vitos Banshee T.O.R.S. Eliminator Kit, It comes with the throttle cables, carb tops, idle kit and a couple other things. Do i need to put the springs and stuff on the car b tops when i get them???????

if it comes with the springs put em on. can, hurt and its not hard.

I used the same kit. Yes you remove the cable from the handlebars down to the tors caps. then use your stock springs and connectors to replace the caps. also be sure to clean out you carbs real good after you drill and tap the idle screw holes.
