What Are The Best Coolants To Use?

I am currently rebuilding mine and was wondering what coolants to use when i put it all back together.

Engine Ice, straight from the bottle. Runs quite a bit cooler, looks purty and won't kill your dog. It runs cooler than Watter Wetter too, as I'm sure it will be brought up.
