duneslinger Posted March 17, 2004 Report Posted March 17, 2004 has any one know if there's a springloaded style chain tensioner offered for the banshee?? I have seen one on a honda that was in the place of the lower chain roller and took up the slack. Could make front sprocket changes easier and not have to adjust chain as much. Quote
ledofthezep Posted March 17, 2004 Report Posted March 17, 2004 Ummm...No. I guess if you're innovative enough you could find you an older 110atc & steal the tentioner off of it, and mod it on your shee somehow. Would be like a bastardized amp link. That's the one thing on a banshee that really, really blows ass & should have been fixed a long time ago. But it works, so you'll just have to get a nac for doing it. Or if you got the $$, look into a swingarm with a round-house bearing carrier. Quote
