bansheeigo Posted February 23, 2004 Report Posted February 23, 2004 I was taking off my cool head and i was looking at it to see if everything was in good shape,it was(taking off coolhead to get new pistons) but when i started to take off the domes they would'nt move.my question is how can i take these domes off without damaging them.thanks for your help. evil Posted February 23, 2004 Report Posted February 23, 2004 try to center the head in between two pieces of wood and tap on the top of the dome lightly to break the seal, dont use a metal hammer though, mabey a rubber mallet or a small piece of wood to see if it will come out. Quote
