hey i was on ebay and saw a lowering kit, like 3inches or smething, i was woundering, should i get this if i plan to be riding in the woods, and riding over rough terain, casue it seems like a cool mod, ud be lower, and look cooler, what u think or what do u know

Lowering will only give you an advantage in cornering (like for TT/flattrack/ice racing), and to some extent drag racing, but for trail riding I wouldn't recommend it. Alot of lowering kits don't recommend jumping at all so that would indicate to me that you really wouldn't want to chance it on rough terrain. Plus the lower you get the more limited your suspension travel gets anyway.

 

If you wanted a little lower stance, assuming your trails would permit it, try going to smaller tires (like 19" front and 18" rear Holeshot MXR's). Just bear in mind that the smaller rears will affect your gearing and reduce ground clearance, but compared to stock tires they'll hook up and handle better...
