You'll be ok as long as you don't ride it too damn hard or jump much. The shocks will bottom, and bottom hard. Won't handle like it should, but you'd be ok until you can scrape up the money for the right shocks. ;)

By changing your a-arms and swing arm you have increased the "motion ratio" of your individual suspension components, this will result in a lighter wheel rate (less effictive spring rate at the wheels) thus the bike will feel much softer than it did in stock form.
