Does anybody know of any races for a beginner in ohio, michigan, or indiana. Also, how well would a banshee fare for this type or racing? Timmy301 Posted February 21, 2004 Report Share Posted February 21, 2004 Banshe98, check out the AMA website and see what district yer in and you should be able to find a race to go to. http://www.ama-cycle.org/amrace/torace.asp As far as the Banshee goes I race mine in Harescrambles,its not the best for such racing but it does OK if you practice. Remember speed is 95% rider and 5% bike. Of course, suspention is you best friend in this game and having a wide machine such as for MX racing will only get you "in touch" with the trees which flat out sucks!!! Good Luck!!!
