New Motor Coming - Need Gearing And Tire Size

I've got Jim at Passion Racing building me a 12 port 4 mm stroker and I need to get my gearing straight. I have stock gearing currently. My dirt set-up currently is 22-11-8 ITP holeshot rears and I have no paddles yet for sand. I desert ride sometimes and go to glamis most of the time so my sand set-up is most important.

 

What size and how many paddle with what gears do you guys think? I have a 4" extended arm also.

9 paddles would work pretty good i can't rember off the top of my head what size they come in
