BansheeRider576 Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 After just a half hour of hard riding at the track my thumb is killing me from my thumb throttle... my banshee has a ton of power but when at the track i can barely push the throttle to tap that power.... I was wondering if pwk 28mm carbs would make a difference???? afterall they are flatslides and would be replacing the tors system with just a solid cable??? Do you think it would make a difference... theeechozen1 Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 twist throttle or cut the srings in the carbs Quote
dirttrack25 Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 I say toughen up or move to a single carb or like theeechozen1 one said shave the spring to make the wire thinner dont cut it shorter that will just make it stiffer Quote
BansheeRider576 Posted January 30, 2004 Author Report Posted January 30, 2004 i would do that but im ariad that my throttle will get stuck open if i cut spring.... but back to the carbs do you thinthat pwk 28mm would make an diff or not.. considering the fact that i wul be eliminating he TORS and converting to flat slides... DUNEDEMON Posted January 30, 2004 Report Posted January 30, 2004 dirttrack25, I am curious how you "shave" the springs to change the wire diameter, can you explain this procedure to us? Dunedemon. Quote
