HASTY Posted January 11, 2004 Report Posted January 11, 2004 i found a bit of play in my mains after finding my flywheel rivits became loose and ive been told its OK to replace the outer bearings and seals and not worry about the centres, is this true ???. also why its apart are there any other things i should look at replacing ??. doing the rings, output seal, clutch seal, I,m not a racer , and i have a stock bike, i ride weekends with some freinds.mainly dunes and beach. boonman Posted January 12, 2004 Report Posted January 12, 2004 You can replace the outers. But, if they are junk, than the others probably aren't far behind. You can send it to TDR and have it rebuilt, and they will true it and weld it after they get it rebuilt. It is the only way to fly for reliability. Quote
