Changed stock lights with HID and they go out when I hit high RPM,s ?

So I looked up how many amps I had to work with which I found was about 68/71 amps total.

I changed out the stock lights with 2 30 amp lights 

At medium  RPM lights are bright and white.

But with High RPM’s the lights with actually go out.

Any answers?
