Want to convert from twist to thumb throttle, banshee with TORS elimination kit

I have a banshee with TORS elimination kit installed and want to switch back to thumb throttle.  I have the thumb throttle it's self but need to know what throttle cable I need.  It doesn't look like the cable that came with the twist throttle will work with the thumb throttle.
