boonman Posted December 18, 2003 Report Posted December 18, 2003 Click HERE for a writeup on this amazing device. I have used the amp link since I've had my bike. I wouldn't ride without one. I am getting rid of mine, because I will be strictly drag racing.... Quote
Holyman Posted December 18, 2003 Report Posted December 18, 2003 Yeah boon... when the heck are you gonna take the thing off? Did you ever send me a price? If not, can you email me? [email protected] Quote
Holyman Posted January 8, 2004 Report Posted January 8, 2004 Are you ever gonna email me a price or a list of needs for a trade? [email protected] Quote
MRMOONEY Posted January 8, 2004 Report Posted January 8, 2004 AMP LINKS ARE A WASTE OF MONEY, I KNOW ABOUT 5 PEOPLE THAT BOUGHT THEM AND DECIDED TO TAKLE THEM OFF. I HAVE NEVER TRIED ONE BUT THATS WHAT I HEAR Quote
brock_fuzzy_69 Posted January 8, 2004 Report Posted January 8, 2004 is it still up for grabs????????? Quote
banshee0044 Posted January 8, 2004 Report Posted January 8, 2004 hey man ill give you 50 shipped to chicago...and mrmooney your shot...them things make a hell of a difference and i know that for a fact email me at [email protected] or post a response on the forum..thanks Quote
Jdeiter Posted January 12, 2004 Author Report Posted January 12, 2004 holyman....price is in original post 60 shipped conus mrmooney...they make a huge difference with a revalved shock and -2 swingarm. the stock shock is setup for a really light rider. the chain, under power, acts as a solid straight mass making the suspension much harder and not allowing it to work properly. the link changes the pivot point of the chain drive aft the swingarm bolt. brock_fuzzy_69 Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 i am still intrested in it at the 60 dolla asking price what exactly does it do .......basically t makes the suspension work right under load and helps in traction right??? if boonman says its a good thing then i believe him on that Quote
Jdeiter Posted January 19, 2004 Author Report Posted January 19, 2004 it's still here, anybody want it? Quote
. Posted January 19, 2004 Report Posted January 19, 2004 How hard is it to install. I'll take it off your hands. Where you live in the Lehigh Valley? I'm in Lansdale off the Turnpike. I could shoot up 309 or the Turnpike. Pm me and let me know Quote
