You obviously didn't read the terms of service, my friend.

 

First let's read the terms of service. Please allow me to highlight what I felt was relevant and translate:

 

1. "... In the event of technical problems or data loss which causes a loss of account information, your account will be reset at $0.00, and you hereby waive any and all claims for any amount previously accrued but not yet disbursed."

 

If "my dog eats your homework" you get jack.

 

2. "... All payments shall be by check, made payable to you, and sent to you at your last known address via the U.S. Postal Service, first class mail. There will be a check processing fee of $3.00 (three dollars)and any payment returned to GHC shall be voided, and your account shall be deleted and any accrued amounts will be forfeited."

 

We probably make about 1000% on every check we send not counting the ones that come back which we keep in full minus the nominal postage charge.

 

3. "... In order to receive payment, you must submit a request to GHC

using the electronic request form provided to you via your member account

webpage."

 

At no time do we guarantee said member site will be accessable by you or your agent(s). If we close up shop you cannot request payment for jack.

 

4. "...in exchange for performing certain actions as desired by our advertisers and providing GHC with information and access to Installed Computer(s) as described below." NOTE: The "below" gets better. Keep reading...

 

Access to what on these computers? What on Earth am I agreeing to here?

 

5. "By registering for the Service, Member authorizes and grants GHC explicit and express permission to:.... (2) share and disclose to third parties Member Information, (3) access and use the Installed Computer(s)

for relaying permission based (opt-in) email for GHC and/or third parties...all without further notice to or permission from

Member."

 

O-U-C-H! They just took over your computer and used it to send SPAM.

 

6. "Member Information will be made available to third parties. If any information provided by Member is incomplete or inaccurate, GHC retains the right to terminate Member's membership and rights to use the Service."

 

We're going to sell you're info and if ANY PART isn't accurate you get... Jill. Bet you thought I was going to say Jack, huh?

 

If I were you I would give written notice to terminate my agreement immediately.
