Ben martins aka 97screamer out on the west coast always hooks it up. I put some carbs on layaway with him at the beginning of the year because at the time my money was tied up else where, so i just gifted him money whenever i could till it was all paid up.  I can basically just gift him money and know he will send my stuff, done it multiple times this year. buy with confidence
