Timmy s Posted March 8, 2018 Report Posted March 8, 2018 i just rebuilt my motor on my shee it has spark and 165 psi compression but its not getting fuel into the cylinders i have to pour gas into the carb manually to get it to fire up and run for a few seconds, does anyone know what the problem could be Quote
BlackandYellowBanshee Posted March 8, 2018 Report Posted March 8, 2018 How does the fuel line run to the carbs? I have a buddy that had a similar issue. The fuel line was running “uphill” slightly above the boost bottle causing fuel to not reach the carbs. Check your petcock for proper function. Also if you run an in-line filter, check for flow or remove filter completely. Quote

BlackandYellowBanshee Posted March 8, 2018 Report Posted March 8, 2018 Maybe check pilots for a clog. If the quad was running fine before the build, I doubt your pilots would be off. How did you verify spark? Quote
blowit Posted March 8, 2018 Report Posted March 8, 2018 make sure slides are in correctly. Common for people to get them on the wrong sides. Cut way on bottom goes towards the filters. Quote
