Last thing is fuel. If everything else is okay make sure fuel is getting delivered. Make sure a line isn't blocked or pinched shut. Make sure your gas valve isn't all gunked up, take it out and clean/inspect it. You can also pop the fuel line off a carb, turn the gas on and see if anything is coming out. Kevin from South Texas Banshee sells some on eBay I think they're like $50. But the automotive ones are not accurate for motorcycles. The hose is usually too long.
